Dozmary Pool Barn is located between Bodmin and Launceston in the heart of Bodmin Moor, just over a mile off the A30, and approximately an hour’s drive from Exeter.  The nearest train station is Bodmin Parkway. The sandy beaches and fishing villages of both coasts are an easy 30 - 40 minute drive away - including Looe Polperro, Fowey, Mevasissey, Padstow and Port Isaac. Also within reach by the nearby A30 are major attractions such as the Eden Project, St Ives and many of Cornwall's incomparable gardens including Helligan and Lanhydrock.

Much of the surrounding moorland is designated 'right to roam' offering lots of opportunity for walking, cycling and horseriding from the local stables. Nearby villages include St Neot, with a good pub and beautiful church and St Cleer with our favourite farm shop. The Jamaica Inn pub is 2 miles away.
